We exclusively offer in-home pet sitting, meaning we come and stay in your home to care for your pet in their own comfortable environment. This ensures your pet remains in familiar surroundings while receiving our dedicated care.

To start, please fill out our new client inquiry form, and we will be in touch to schedule a meet-and-greet. This initial meeting is required to confirm any booking with a new client, allowing us to get to know you and your pet. Once the meet-and-greet is complete and both you and the team member feel comfortable moving forward, we will book your service dates. This process ensures the best care possible for your pet.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability varies depending on team member. Once you have received care from us, you are prioritized for booking dates over new clients who may request the same dates.

Yes, we kindly ask for a clean bed for our staff member to use. Providing the WiFi password ensures they can stay connected while caring for your pets. While providing food for us is appreciated, it is not required. We request written or texted care notes for your pets that we can refer back to throughout the service.
